Recent scientific research shows there are more benefits to learning an instrument than just having fun, and being creative. It can actually reduce stress, increase memory, improve overall health, and the guitar could be at the top of the lists of best choices for New Year’s resolutions.

A New Year, 2015 arrives. Lots of resolution are on personal lists.
