About The Authors: Gino Barbaro has owned Gino’s Trattoria in Mahopac, NY since 1994 with his family. Prior to owning Gino’s, he could be found working at his father’s restaurant “Pizza Beat” in Yonkers, NY from the age of 8. He eventually graduated from washing dishes to running his own kitchen with the guidance of his father.
