ConnectWise® Continues Global Expansion in UK and Australia

Uptick in international demand for business management solutions triggers office openings and headcount expansion in London and Sydney

The company also announces that veteran IT solution provider Malcolm Diack has been appointed to lead the new ConnectWise London office and will help serve as an important resource for the European partner network.

Its roster of partners has grown significantly year over year, while attendance at their quarterly user groups has consistently drawn over 100 attendees each quarter.  With the expansion in its UK and EU capabilities, the company is aiming to capitalize on the region’s quickly emerging MSP market.

Having served as the Technical Director of one of ConnectWise’s key partners in the UK, Malcolm’s experience managing teams using all three ConnectWise products gives him a unique perspective on the ConnectWise prospect and partner space.  Malcolm will channel feedback from the UK and surrounding region on all technical and product needs, ensuring that the European ConnectWise partner community is enabled with the correct tools, platforms and best practices to be successful.

ConnectWise is also in the process of opening an office in downtown Sydney which will reinforce Connectwise’s commitment to the burgeoning IT markets in Australia and nearby New Zealand.
