Choosing a Caregiver: Expect the Best and Know How to Ask for It will be free and available for download on Amazon for 5 days (12/01/2014– 12/05/2014) at: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OPHB5WG. Here’s what some of the reviewers have said:

“Wow, this book was an outstanding read! I’m age 53 and my father is 73. Although his mental faculties are solid, his physical health has been deteriorating. I hope that it will never each a point that I’ll need to look into a caregiver, but if I do, I’ll most certainly utilize the myriad of information contained in this book. This can be a gut wrenching topic for most people to live through, but I feel a lot better knowing that I have advice from Ms. Gray’s book to follow instead of learning through my own luck or mistakes! - Kevin A.Crane

“Looking after my mother had created emotional and financial burden. I wasn’t sure who to choose, and no matter what I did, I felt like I was leaving her in incapable hands. I just kept changing home care providers, unsure of what I should be looking for. Haley Lynn Gray’s “choosing a caregiver” has given me the understanding and knowledge that I needed to make the right decision for my mom. I had NO clue that I was supposed to be looking at how the caregivers were being treated by their agencies! How they’re treated makes a HUGE difference in the quality of care.

If you’re worried about your aging parents but are unsure of how to choose the right agency - read this book.” - Racquel

About The Author: I was responsible for taking care of both of my parents, while also taking care of my growing family with four children and a wonderful husband. Mom had MS, early stage dementia, and osteoporosis. Dad had dementia, Parkinson’s, and osteoporosis. To say that it was rough might be a bit of an understatement.

I learned a lot while taking care of my parents, and want to share that information with you, so that you don’t have to learn things the hard way the way I did. While I was at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business studying for my MBA, I hatched the business plan for Extension of You Home Care, which is the basis for a lot of the ideas in this book.

I consider it my mission to educate, and help other people get through this tough time. Hopefully, a little easier than I did.
