RE/MAX China Open for Business Beijing Office First to Open, More on the Way
The first RE/MAX office in China is open for business and agents are already busy working with local clients. Agents with RE/MAX Eternity are also taking advantage of the extensive worldwide RE/MAX Network (www.global.remax.com), assisting clients interested in overseas investment opportunities – in the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America and other parts of the world.
RE/MAX Eternity opened in August in Beijing‘s Chaoyang Business District and its entrepreneurial owners are eager to make their mark and change how real estate is practiced in their country.
“We love the RE/MAX culture and our vision is to raise the level of customer service in the local real estate industry. We want to be the leaders of that,” said Xianqiu Kong, Broker/Owner, RE/MAX Eternity. "RE/MAX may be new in China, but we will be part of the future.”
Kong plans to open two more offices in Beijing in the next three years and is excited about connecting with RE/MAX agents around the world to exchange overseas referrals for her Chinese clients. It’s just one of the reasons she chose to align with RE/MAX.
“The many opportunities in China are as promising as they are challenging,“ said Larry Oberly, RE/MAX Vice President, Global Development. “We believe entrepreneurs like Xianqiu with existing connections in the Chinese market have the potential to be very successful in growing RE/MAX market share in China.”
China offers a huge potential market for real estate office and agent growth. New RE/MAX franchises in China are able to use the brand that has been successful in more than 95 countries around the world; with a business model that includes recruiting and retaining quality real estate Sales Associates who will bring respected world-class services to their Chinese clients.
RE/MAX region owners around the world have an established tradition of improving the professionalism in their national markets, and RE/MAX is actively seeking visionaries who can take advantage of opportunities in China
RE/MAX is quickly gaining ground in Asia after expanding into Singapore, India, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Micronesia, Thailand and Japan, and is committed to becoming a real estate leader in China.
RE/MAX, LLC continues to be recognized as a leading franchise opportunity. For the second consecutive year, RE/MAX received the highest global ranking among real estate franchises by Entrepreneur magazine.
To be considered for the global rating, franchises had to be ranked among Entrepreneur’s 2014 Franchise 500, based on “quantifiable criteria such as system size, growth and financial strength and stability,” according to the magazine’s methodology.
RE/MAX was also ranked the highest real estate brokerage in the Franchise 500 and rated highest among real estate franchises on both Entrepreneur’s fastest-growing and low-cost lists.
In the 2014 Franchise Times Top 200, RE/MAX was ranked the highest real estate franchise for the sixth consecutive year and was the only real estate company to be included in the 2013 Top 50 Franchises for Minorities as compiled by the National Minority Franchising Initiative.
