Compass Intelligence Appoints Kate Pearce as Head of Mobility & Wireless Research Track

Compass Intelligence (www.compassintelligence.com) a market research firm specializing in mobility and wireless, announced that it has appointed Kate Pearce as the head of Mobility & Wireless research and consulting. Ms. Pearce has been with Compass Intelligence since 2011 and established the Reuse & Recycling/Green Technology research track. Prior to joining Compass Intelligence, Ms. Pearce worked in management roles in corporate strategy and product development groups at Sprint PCS, Sprint Corporation and EMBARQ (now CenturyLink).

Ms. Pearce will take over the role of head of Mobility & Wireless research track from Dr. J. Gerry Purdy, Ph.D. Dr. Purdy has been instrumental in establishing the Compass Intelligence Awards program, Inside Mobile newsletters, and the Go Mobile conference. He will continue to support and work with Compass Intelligence while pursuing other interests.

Bamboo Mobile promotes device reuse and recycling as well as other sustainability efforts going on in the mobile industry.
