Tennessee Primary Care Association Selects i2i Systems to help meet quality care initiatives and thrive in the face of payment reform

i2i Systems today announced it has been selected by Tennessee Primary Care Association to provide Population Health Management and Analytics for several of the state’s Federally Qualified Health Centers.

Fourteen FQHCs, representing 130 clinics throughout Tennessee, will implement i2i System’s tools to improve their capacity to generate reports that can be used to inform quality improvement efforts, increase understanding of financial and operational status and meet funder requirements.
