Joe Schneider Agency Initiates New Charity Campaign to Support a Cancer Survivor in Chicago, IL By Raising Money to Certify Her Dog as a Service Animal

Chicago, IL – With a new charity program in the Chicago, IL area, Joe Schneider Agency has again teamed up with Imerman Angels and one of their own cancer survivors, Megan, to support her efforts in making her dog Blue a service dog. Megan lost her right eye and function in her right hand from brain cancer when she was younger, and has grown to rely on Blue’s assistance to get around safely. The ability to have him accompany her while traveling and visiting other public places would make a big difference in her life. Utilizing its own resources and seeking the help of its own network of customers and business partners, Joe Schneider Agency marches on to ensure customers, friends, family and neighbors are always in good hands. The agency just recently launched the master charity program of which the current campaign is part of, electing every 30-90 days a new individual, organization or family in need to receive their support.
 
“We’re excited to help Megan, a cancer survivor, raise the funds needed to train her dog and companion, Blue, to become a service animal,” said Joe Schneider, the Agency’s principal. “Although she has learned to become quite independent, Blue has been a great companion and brings her much joy; so we want to make sure nothing will keep them apart!”
