ScottMadden and APQC Host Financial Management Webinar

ScottMadden, Inc., a general management consulting firm, recently partnered with the American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC), a benchmarking and best practices research organization, to host a financial management webinar. The session, “Finance Shared Services: New Metrics and Best Practices,” highlighted a recent benchmarking study focused exclusively on finance Shared Services Organizations (SSOs).

During this session, Brad DeMent and Trey Robinson, partners at ScottMadden, shared highlights from the study and fielded questions from the audience. Attendees learned about specific processes handled by SSOs and examined costs, staffing levels, and productivity measures. Attendees were also provided qualitative information about delivery models, other SSO practices, and insight on leading practices.
