Xerox Acquires Consilience Software, Inc., Bringing Analytics to Case Management
Consilience’s proprietary Maven Case Management System uses data and process analytics to help government agencies extract more value from their information. The intelligent case management system automates workflows for document- and labor-intensive processes and integrates previously siloed legacy systems for accelerated decision making. Maven can improve agency efficiency with more accurate planning, improved reporting and program evaluation, and enhanced fraud detection and prevention.
As a web-based, cloud-capable platform Maven supports state and local government agencies in 11 U.S. states, seven U.S. cities and two states in Australia. While continuing to grow Consilience’s strong presence in the public health, labor and human services domains, Xerox also will offer Maven as an integrated part of its child support and government benefit disbursement services.
