Logic PD’s Bill Betten Addresses the Future of Wearable Devices in Roundtable Webinar Hosted by ECN Magazine

Incorporated into bands, watches, and clothing, the $70 billion wearable market represents one of the fastest-growing technology segments. Deeply involved with the design and development of wearable devices, Logic PD’s Bill Betten will share his perspective on the future of wearable devices in an upcoming Engineering Live webinar hosted by Electronic Component News (ECN). The free event will air on September 10, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. ET (9:30 a.m. PT).
 
Betten’s panel, “The Beginning of the End for Wearable Devices,” will explore new sensor technology and the wireless communication, connectivity, and low power requirements that wearable applications demand. 
 
“Wearables and the associated technologies are evolving in the marketplace at a very high rate,” said Betten. “This is because wearables provide a unique opportunity for companies to engage with consumers in a much more personal way.”
