Logic PD’s Bill Betten to Address Medical Device Technology Landscape at MedTechWorld’s MEDevice San Diego Conference & Showcase

The show is taking place from September 10-12 in San Diego.

As part of the End-to-End Product Strategy for Engineering & Manufacturing track, Betten’s presentation will address the impact consumer devices are having on medical technology, Make vs. Buy for infrastructure as well as wireless protocols for different types of applications.

Must-Haves for Ultimate Hospital Interoperability – How and When Can This Be Accomplished?
September 11th, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
This panel discussion will explore all aspects of hospital communication - from the provider-patient and provider-provider to the patient-patient point of view – as well as maintaining compliance with HIPAA patient privacy standards and the state of hospital interoperability.
 
Betten brings to the discussions more than 30 years of experience integrating technology into medical device solutions. A sought after speaker, Betten has recently presented at BIOMEDevice Boston , BIOMEDevice and Wireless Conference, Frost & Sullivan’s Medical Technologies 2014 Event and MD&M West Conference.
