-- Delivery Manager -- responsible for handling download orders of files from the Internet using sophisticated delivery, scheduling and prioritization techniques including peer-to-peer protocols, multiple host load balancing, CDN progressive download, background download or combinations and mixes of bandwidth sources.

-- Cache Manager -- stores and manages downloaded files on disk while keeping track of how much space is available. Through auto-generated hash codes, automatically detects if a file has already been downloaded therefore avoiding duplicated downloads and reducing delivery costs.

-- Connectors -- allows browsers and other locally running non-browser applications to communicate with the IDS Client by sending and receiving string requests and responses for delivery notifications and security practices.

-- Application Services -- general set of services such as desktop shortcuts and taskbar icons, web service request, file system access, XML support, event reporting, DRM license management, platform information and logging.

-- Installer Framework -- standard IDS Client installer that can be readily customized and branded as needed

-- Developer’s Kit -- includes sample applications, documentation and development/deployment tools such as a content and application signer, download bundle generator, and agent shutdown.
