Do Good Have Fun™ shifts into high gear with new consumer relations content repository.
Do Good Have Fun™ recently released their latest box redesign for the company’s popular cell phone car holder . The recent re-branding of the company’s flagship product has now been followed by a concurrent move to make over the company’s main website, thus aligning its image with that of the company’s new, attractive car cellphone holder packaging.
When asked why the company chose to develop a website design that doubles as an article repository for the company’s on-going content development, Do Good Have Fun™ founder Lee S. said , “By using 3rd party content sites to disseminate information about our brand content we found it difficult to control how our product literature was presented to the public. At the heart of the issue was that we were at the mercy of Google’s search algorithms and the possibility that at any time we could lose placement of our content, especially on sites that Google may penalize. That didn’t sit well with us, so we had to come up with a stable solution to make our content permanently available to consumers. Hosting our own article repository was the key.”
In addition to the company hosting their own consumer relations content, the redesign of the brand site also implemented a parallax graphics design. Parallax scrolling is an impressive and often striking way to present products through web based media. When asked why the company chose such a graphical style design that typically favors visual appeal, over content delivery, Lee S. said, “That’s where the blog implementation comes in. It supplies our site with all the words and phrases we could possibly use for consumers to find us. By implementing the blog on our site it opened us up to be able to implement an elegant and graphically appealing parallax design in order to present our brand’s products.”
