The combined NetDimensions-QUMAS solution provides a highly scalable and configurable environment for launching, tracking, and managing interactive corporate compliance training. In this solution, employees can access corporate policies, company training modules or any SCORM-compliant content by simply logging on, registering for courses, and launching the modules. UPDATE: On January 30, 2014, Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company and Accelrys, Inc. announced the signing of a definitive merger agreement for Dassault Systèmes to acquire Accelrys. Under the terms and conditions of the merger agreement, Dassault Systèmes made an all-cash tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of Accelrys common stock. Accelrys will now become BIOVIA as part of Dassault Systèmes.
