QUMAS and NetDimensions Announce Integrated, End-to-End Learning and Compliance Management Solution

Award Winning NetDimensions Learning System Accessible Through MyQUMAS

HONG KONG and CORK, Ireland – WEBWIRE

QUMAS, an Accelrys, Inc. company, and NetDimensions (AIM: NETD; OTCQX: NETDY), a global provider of performance, knowledge, and learning management systems, today announced the availability of an innovative solution that brings the best-in-class learning management capabilities of NetDimensions Learning to the QUMAS Compliance Platform. Available now, this new integrated solution enables organisations to control all of their compliance management and all of their training requirements using a single platform. Users access the capabilities of the NetDimensions award winning Learning Management System seamlessly through MyQUMAS, a unified interface that provides access to all QUMAS compliance management capabilities in one view.

The combined NetDimensions-QUMAS solution provides a highly scalable and configurable environment for launching, tracking, and managing interactive corporate compliance training. In this solution, employees can access corporate policies, company training modules or any SCORM-compliant content by simply logging on, registering for courses, and launching the modules. In addition, supervisors and managers can track operational compliance, view dashboards, and export reports detailing user progress, grades, course enrollments, course completions, and time spent taking courses.

The NetDimensions-QUMAS solution also dramatically reduces the time needed to create and deliver critical training. Within NetDimensions Learning, QUMAS compliance content and documents can be viewed and converted easily into effective and measurable training. Similarly and just as easily, popular third-party courseware can be imported, launched, and tracked.

The NetDimensions-QUMAS solution will be on display at the QUMAS Partner Pavilion in booth #2145 at the DIA 2014 50th Annual Meeting taking place in San Diego, CA, on June 16-19, 2014.

“Organisations can now proactively manage their training programs with this combined solution,” stated Kevin O’Leary, CEO for QUMAS. “By taking a proactive approach, organisations minimize the risk and consequences of noncompliance before violations occur.”

“Being able to demonstrate that your employees have been properly trained is vital from a compliance perspective,” said Jay Shaw, CEO and Managing Director for NetDimensions. “Growing organisations find problems keeping track of training records using paper-based methods with spreadsheets or Word documents. By automating the training process with the integrated NetDimensions-QUMAS solution, organisations gain accurate and up-to-date training data that can be presented in over 120 comprehensive reports, providing a verifiable and thorough picture of what training has taken place within the organisation.”

Under the terms and conditions of the merger agreement, Dassault Systèmes made an all-cash tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of Accelrys common stock. The tender offer statement and other documents filed by Dassault Systèmes and Accelrys with the SEC are available for free at the SEC’s website (http://www.sec.gov) and may be obtained at no charge by directing a request by mail to Innisfree M&A Incorporated, 501 Madison Avenue, 20th Floor, New York, New York, 10022 or by calling (888) 750-5834.

Combining with Accelrys will enrich the molecular chemistry capabilities from discovery to manufacturing and regulatory requirements of Dassault Systèmes’ formulation-based industry offerings such as life sciences, consumer packaged goods, high tech and energy, as well as advanced manufacturing industries.

Accelrys will now become BIOVIA as part of Dassault Systèmes.
