Boston, Mass. USA – WEBWIRE – Tuesday, May 20, 2014

DXY, China’s largest physician social network with more than 1.3 million verified Physician-Scientist Members (“Members”), and the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), the oldest continuously published medical periodical dedicated to bringing physicians the best biomedical science and clinical practice information, announce today the launch of the BingLi School, an interactive continuing education model designed to help Chinese physicians advance their clinical knowledge and enhance patient care.

Developed in partnership with international market development company JAG Health Media LLC, the BingLi School will deliver leading-edge NEJM clinical cases to Members via the DXY social media platform.  Members will review NEJM clinical cases and receive expert analysis (in the context of Chinese best clinical practice) from nationally respected physicians on the DXY Editorial Board, as well as offer their own insights and commentary for community exchange and debate.

Tiantian Li, President and Chairman of DXY said “We are very excited to work with NEJM to bring this high quality learning to Chinese Physicians, and believe the BingLi School can greatly enhance physician clinical knowledge and practice”.  Similarly, Dr. Edward W. Campion, Senior Deputy Editor and Online Editor of NEJM said, “We very much look forward to working with DXY on the BingLi School and to help accelerate in-depth clinical analysis and discussion among treating physicians in China”.  Commenting on the potential of the BingLi School, John P. Sheehan, Managing Partner of JAG Health Medial LLC said “NEJM is the most widely read, cited, and influential general medical periodical in the world, and DXY is a world-class social media platform and trusted source of content by Physicians throughout China.  Their combined potential to have a sustained, positive impact on clinical practice in China is significant”.
