Allison Staffin Recognized by Worldwide Branding for Excellence in Graphic Design

Allison Staffin, Company Principal and Designer of Goldilocks Designs LLC, and Owner of Staffin Design Associates, has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in the field of graphic design.

Utilizing a combination of classical artwork, quotes from notable individuals, and vintage imagery and photographs, Ms. Staffin creates visually stunning greeting cards for all occasions. Her work displays a whimsical charm using modern techniques together with old-world sensibilities. With Ms. Staffin’s fine eye for detail and artistic sense, her greeting cards feature artwork that is certain to appeal to a wide variety of buyers. Such is the high quality of her work that she intends to create a series of line extensions. In describing her work, Ms. Staffin states that many of the photographs have been taken from old family albums, and the imagery from sources such as vintage music sheets, posters, postcards and other vintage ephemera. She gathers quotes from many different literary sources.

Ms. Staffin is proud to announce that her work will be on display at the 2014 Signature Mix NY Exhibition, hosted at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City on May 18-21, 2014. It is her hope that this exposure will bring her work to the eye of discerning wholesalers, distributors and sales representatives. After her premiere at last year’s Stationery Show, Ms. Staffin is introducing a new line of 100 cards and is confident in her work’s ability to capture her audience’s imagination and sense of artistic wonder.

In addition to her work as Goldilocks Designs LLC, Ms. Staffin also successfully ran a design firm, Staffin Design Associates for over 25 years. Through this company, she developed package design, branding and promotional materials that spoke to the needs of her clients. Additionally, Ms. Staffin has experience coordinating with a variety of vendors such as printers, photographers, and other suppliers to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality. Some of Ms. Staffin’s notable clients include Revlon, Liz Claiborne, Lancôme, L’Oreal, Wella Professional Hair Care, Becton Dickinson, Sucrets, Dannon Yogurt and Twinings Tea.

Ms. Staffin received a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and Advertising from the University of Delaware. In addition to her membership with Worldwide Branding, she is a member of National Association of Professional Woman and Ladies Who Launch.
