Greenstar Home Services Announces “Go Green, Save Green, Green it Up! Initiative to Las Vegas and Southern CA Homeowners”

Lake Forest, CA - May 13, 2014 - Greenstar Home Services, a leader in environmentally conscious plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and whole home water filtration in Orange County and Las Vegas, began an initiative to show their customers how to save money by utilizing green products and systems. This advice is part of their Green It Up! initiative to help homeowners realize the potential in their homes’ heating, cooling, and plumbing systems in an eco-friendly way.

Greenstar provides many green options to improve your home’s current air conditioning, plumbing, and water filtration systems. There are ways to improve the systems you already have or install new state-of-the-art systems for the most efficiently running house available to you. 

Some ways to do this are by installing low flow showerheads and toilets. These options will conserve water and save you money on your water bill.  Another option would be to use eco-friendly refrigerant in your air conditioning unit and to take advantage of purchasing an HVAC unit that is highly efficient. Updating and using green products to run your air conditioning unit will, again, save you money on your utility bills and conserve valuable energy. Lastly, you can install a water filtration unit into your home to provide clean, filtered water directly from your tap.  This will save you from purchasing bottled water so that you do not have to pay for water twice.  Plus, there is the added convenience of having filtered water available at any or all taps in your home.
