Voluntary Employee Benefit Advisors Selects Navera to Provide Benefits Education, Decision Support
VEBA will incorporate Navera’s interactive, animated education and decision support products into its enrollment technology system, VBEnroll, and call-center technology, and promote the use of Navera to those clients not using VBEnroll that are interested in adding EDS support to their voluntary offerings.
San Francisco, CA – May 13, 2014 – Navera CEO Steve Adams today announced a reseller agreement with Voluntary Employee Benefit Advisors (VEBA). VEBA is a voluntary benefits enrollment services company. Navera provides cloud-based education and decision support (EDS) products that help individuals and their families make well-informed decisions about their benefits and insurance options.
According to the agreement, VEBA will incorporate Navera’s interactive, animated education and decision support products into its enrollment technology system, VBEnroll, and call-center technology, and promote the use of Navera to those clients not using VBEnroll that are interested in adding EDS support to their voluntary offerings. An early adopter of self-service technologies for voluntary benefit enrollments, VEBA uses in-bound call center technology and research to conduct “high tech/high touch” voluntary benefit enrollments. VEBA’s clients include health care providers, universities, associations and mid-market employers (1,000-150,000 employees). Among VEBA’s clients is the nation’s largest hospital and health care services provider, with more than 160,000 employees.
