Leading Interior Design Company, Lita Dirks & Co., Wins Big at New Jersey SAM Awards

Nationally acclaimed interior design and model merchandising company, Lita Dirks & Co., together with Lennar New Jersey swept several categories at the recent New Jersey Builders Association’s 2014 Sales and Marketing Awards. Held at the Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, the 27th Annual SAM Awards honored the best in residential design and marketing in New Jersey.

Lennar’s River Walk Townhome Community in Burlington Township, NJ was awarded the acclaimed “Community of the Year – Attached Community Under $350,000.”  In addition, Lennar and Lita Dirks & Co. captured “Best Interior Merchandising for an Attached Community Under $350,000,” “Best Interior Merchandising for a Clubhouse” and “Best Attached Home Under $350,000” for River Walk
