Western Golf Properties Selected to Manage The Revere Golf Club in Henderson, Nevada

Western Golf Properties adds The Revere Golf Club to their portfolio of managed properties.  Located just minutes off the Las Vegas strip in the Sun City Anthem community, The Revere Golf Club features two Casper/Nash & Associates-designed 18-hole golf courses.  Both courses, The Concord and The Lexington, feature unobstructed panoramic view corridors of the Las Vegas strip and traverse through rugged canyons and foothills. The 23,000 square foot Clubhouse facility is home to an award-winning golf shop, Buckman’s Grille restaurant and bar, plus meeting and banquet areas.

Western Golf Properties will begin golf course and clubhouse management in June and will focus on enhancing course conditioning, refining club operations and developing programs to increase the property’s exposure to area residents and inbound visitors.  The Revere Golf Club is owned by CORE Realty Holdings, LLC out of Newport Beach, California, who selected Western Golf Properties to manage the property based on their experience and history managing award-winning facilities including: Pelican Hill Golf Course (Newport Coast, CA), Desert Mountain Golf Course (Scottsdale, AZ) and the Tournament Players Club at Valencia (Valencia, CA).
