Healthesystems Named a Top Workplace for Second Time

Healthesystems was named one of the best places to work in Tampa Bay for a second consecutive year. The designation as a Top Workplace was based on employee surveys conducted by an independent research firm on behalf of the Tampa Bay Times.

Healthesystems was recognized in the midsized employer category along with other leading businesses and non-profits that employ between 150 - 499 workers in the region. Over 80 percent of Healthesystems’ Tampa-based staff participated in the survey that measured employee satisfaction and confidence in six main areas. Topics ranged from the organization’s strategic direction, values and ethics to compensation, professional growth opportunities and the company’s ability to make employees feel appreciated. Healthesystems staff expressed a high level of satisfaction with opportunities for career growth, competence of senior management, interdepartmental collaboration and internal communication programs.
