ProVest Insurance Group and Nonprofit Our Kids Initiate New Charity Campaign in South Florida to Provide for Baby and Her Abused Teenage Mother in Foster Care

With a new community program in the South Florida area, ProVest Insurance Group has once again teamed up with Our Kids of Miami-Dade/Monroe, Inc., and announced a new charity campaign to raise funds to support a local teenage mother who is in foster care and desperate need of parenting guidance, supplies, and hope. ‘Healthy Baby and Me’, a program carried out by Our Kids, was created especially to educate and provide for teenagers and individuals in foster care who face an early pregnancy and parenthood.  ProVest Insurance Group is starting this campaign to help baby Mariana Williams and her mother get the provisions and education they need through the program.  Donations to the family can now be made through the campaign’s page at www.gofundme.com/HealthyBabyAndMe.
 
Utilizing its own resources and seeking the help of its own network of customers and business partners, ProVest Insurance Group marches on to ensure customers, friends, family and neighbors are always in good hands. The agency just recently launched the master charity program of which the current campaign is part of, electing every 30-60 days a new individual, organization or family in need to receive support.
 
“Baby Williams’ mom is still a child herself. After learning about what she’s been through, especially the physical abuse, we knew we had to stand up for this young woman.  She desperately needs this program to face and conquer adulthood and parenthood at once, with means and confidence,” said Jay Adkins, the Agency’s principal.
 
The agency will promote the current campaign over the course of the next 30-60 days, through its social media channels, email and text message communications, as well as through a monthly magazine, delivered to thousands of households in South Florida, North Carolina and Texas, where the agency currently operates.
