Economy Car Hire Voted Top Broker by Consumer Champion Which?

The feedback of 2246 Which? users have been compiled into tables rating car hire companies and car hire brokers. Awarding stars for a selection of categories such as ease of booking online, clarity of information, the range of cars offered, and customer service the tables also give an overall customer score.

The Which? article points out and explains key aspects of booking car hire, FAQ’s and common issues, and highlights hidden costs as one of the biggest problems customers encounter.

As a result of their own customer feedback Economy Car Hire have recently changed the way their suppliers are displayed improving the overall clarity of their online booking process, giving them the edge over their competitors.

Economy Car Hire, with its unique inclusive car rental prices including ‘full collision damage and theft protection, a free additional driver and unlimited mileage’, were the only broker to be awarded the full five stars for ‘clarity of pricing’ and came out on top overall with an impressive 75% customer score

The successful broker demonstrated a particularly keen customer focus and are delighted to be rated best car hire broker for the second year running.
