BASF to increase price for styrene-butadiene based polymers in North America

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Effective April 1, 2014 or as contracts allow, BASF will increase prices for styrene-butadiene high solids latex polymers sold to the asphalt industry.  Prices will increase $0.7 per wet pound on all Butonal® products.  The increase is necessitated by recent price increases of key raw materials for these products.
