ATA Recognizes DDC FPO as Featured Product Again for 2014

Arlington, Va. – WEBWIRE

American Trucking Associations is pleased to announce it is renaming DDC FPO (http://www.ddcfpo.com/) to the ATA Featured Product program for a second consecutive year.

“The trucking industry is supported by a diverse and strong allied community,” said ATA President and CEO Bill Graves. “Companies like DDC FPO help the carrier members of ATA move America’s freight more efficiently and safely than ever before, and we’re pleased to continue our relationship with them.”
DDC FPO [freight process outsourcing] digitizes, captures and processes bills of lading, invoices and other documents critical for U.S. motor carriers. In 2013, DDC FPO’s featured business solution was its unique Remote Bill Entry solution.

This year, ATA is featuring iCapture, DDC FPO’s intelligent data capture technology. iCapture uses a template-free, advanced pattern recognition technique to extract data, significantly reducing the burdens caused by paperwork for carriers without intensive or expensive IT setup.

“We’re always searching for ways to innovate and to strengthen freight business practices, and to be recognized for this effort by American Trucking Associations for the second time is an honor,” DDC FPO President Art Zipkin said. “The way ATA works to better this industry is admirable, and we are proud to partner in their effort"
