Each year, WEDDLE’s conducts a user poll among job seekers, recruiters, and employers to determine which employment websites are doing the best work. • include winners in WEDDLE’s Best Practices training for industry professionals
• provide a User’s Choice Awards icon each winner can place on its own website

According to WEDDLE’s, the polling for each year begins January 1 and runs through December 31. The top 30 sites with the most votes are award winners for that year. The prestige of the award should be obvious given the length of time for voting and the sheer number of employment websites on the Internet.
