Popular Voice over IP Application Released on MediaREADY™ Middleware Relationship Involves Revenue Sharing

(OTCBB: VDWB ), a leading provider of interactive, media-convergent home entertainment devices, today announced support for Skype internet phone calling. The Skype application enables free calls to anywhere in the world and through any device supporting the MediaREADY™ Middleware platform, these calls can be placed from the comfort of your living room. Further demonstrating its ability to increase aftermarket value for its products, VWB will be making the application available to all existing MediaREADY™ 4000 and 5000 customers and soon to be released models of MediaREADY™ High Definition media centers, via CD or web download upgrades at no charge.

Additionally, customers will be able to download the Skype application to run on any personal computer and enable free voice calling from that PC to any MediaREADY Media Center directly from the www.vwbinc.com website.
