One of the Denver metro area’s hottest selling residential communities, Candelas, has just received two Gold Awards and four Silver Awards at the Nationals ceremony at this year’s International Builder’s Show (IBS) in Las Vegas.
Each year, the IBS conference hosts thousands of builders, developers and residential building industry professionals from around the world. Attendees gather at the week long event to see and learn about building innovations, new regulations and codes, marketing tactics, design trends and more. The Nationals, hosted by the National Association of Homebuilders’ Sales and Marketing Council, is considered to be the homebuilding industry’s pinnacle marketing recognition event, and a Gold Award its highest honor bestowed.
