Caregiver Workshop Series for Those Caring for a Loved One Who is Aging or Ill

The Elizabeth Hospice and CSU Institute for Palliative Care are hosting a four-week series for those who care for a family member or friend who is aging, ill or in decline on March 26, April 2, 9, 16 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at California State University, San Marcos Campus in Temecula, located at 43890 Margarita Rd., Room M41, Temecula, CA.

Workshop topics include:
 
March 26: Being an Effective Health Care Advocate for Yourself and Others
April 2: Setting Boundaries and Dealing With Changing Roles
April 9: Coping With Difficult Diseases
April 16: Care and Compassion at the End of Life
