Lon joined Sams & Associates in 2008.  He brings nearly 35 years of adjusting experience. While serving as a property and casualty adjuster he gained a vast knowledge in claims with State Farm Fire and Casualty Company and, in that time, was promoted to Claims Supervisor and Claims Superintendent.

With experience in appraisal, large loss, construction defect, general liability, claim consulting and insurance bad faith expert testimony, Lon possesses a strong background, which was demonstrated during his 21 years with State Farm.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a minor in Economics from Sonoma State University.
