Jacksonville’s CBS 47 & FOX 30 Action News Names Bob Longo News Director

Bob Longo, veteran news director, joins CBS47 and FOX30 Action News, as News Director.

Longo graduated from Utica College of Syracuse University. Longo has had a tremendously successful career as a TV News Director in Orlando, Pittsburgh, Buffalo and Binghamton (NY). He began his career as a radio reporter and eventually worked as a reporter and anchor in both Radio & TV before turning to management. He has won numerous awards including a Peabody for an 18-month investigation into state spending irregularities, while at WTAE in Pittsburgh, PA.
