Bill Betten to Present at BIOMEDevice and Wireless Conference
MINNEAPOLIS – December 3, 2013 – Logic PD will present at the MedTech’s BIOMEDevice and Wireless Conference, being held December 3-5 in San Jose, California. The BIOMEDevice and Wireless Conference will highlight the latest trends and technology in medical technology and discuss the future of the industry with over 60 presenters, including Logic PD’s Bill Betten, Vice President of Business Solutions in the Medical/Life Sciences market.
Betten is scheduled to present at 10:40 a.m. PT on Thursday, December 5, in the Tech Theater. His presentation “When Worlds Collide: Medical Devices Meet Consumer Technology” will address the increasing overlap between medical and consumer devices and how consumer technology is impacting and will continue to impact medical device development.
In October, Logic PD announced the hire of Betten to help lead the medical and life sciences focused team. Today, Logic PD leverages their suite of offerings and system integration expertise to help their clients meet the demands of today’s connected medical device industry.

William Betten, Vice President of Solutions Development, Logic PD, has over 30 years of experience in product definition, development, and production in the Medical Devices/Life Science industry. Bill serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for the Medical Design and Diagnostic Industry magazine, as well as Advisory Boards for the Pediatric Medical Device Consortium, for St. Thomas University, and for Minnesota State University, Mankato. He also provides consulting services to high tech companies, is a writer and lecturer, and holds BSPhysics, BSEE, and MSEE degrees.
