Award-winning, Denver-based interior design and new home model merchandising firm, Lita Dirks & Co. recently received accolades from Parkwood Homes for their merchandising of the Chesapeake and Asheville model homes in Stapleton. 

Parkwood Homes, founded in 1991, is a small, family-owned builder that only builds in New Urbanist communities like Stapleton in Denver, CO.  The company places great emphasis on excellent design and sustainable, high performance homes.

In a recent survey, the Asheville model that Lita Dirks & Co. merchandised was the first choice of nearly 75 percent of Parkwood’s buyers.
