Henkel Argentina was included in the ranking of the 150 Best Employers in the country, developed by the prestigious Apertura magazine. The study highlighted the companies with the most innovative HR practices, which offer a full corporate benefits program, allow developing Corporate Social Responsibility activities and provide the best professional development opportunities locally and internationally.

Henkel Argentina was listed position N°3 in the “Less than 200 Employees” category, right after Google and Microsoft - and it was the only industrial company in the Top 5.

In turn, just eight of the 150 companies listed are of German origin. Among them, considering all categories, Henkel took second place with 739 points, only behind BASF (772). Boehringer Ingelheim (684), Bayer (631), Siemens (611), Volkswagen (595), Mercedes-Benz (591) and Robert Bosch (532) completed this list.

Carlos Martínez, HR Manager of Henkel Argentina and Head of Governance for Latin America, said: “This achievement is not casual, it is a result of a summary of facts in recent years, starting with the promotion of a Winning Culture, the further development of our Vision & Values and the establishment of a clear system of recognition and performance until the strengthening of our leadership principles as well as our sustainable business practices and the growth opportunities we offer to our professionals, not only in Argentina, but in other Henkel subsidiaries worldwide.”

“We are really proud and this milestone reinforces our commitment to keep working every day, inspiring the whole team in order to retain and attract best talents, making our company even a more attractive place to work”, concludes Guillermo von Bergen, President of Henkel Argentina.
