Passengers urged to follow security rules

Saudia requests all its beloved passengers intending to travel on its domestic and international flights that they should use tickets issued in their names as per the rules and regulations issued by the Interior Ministry. This is essential to safeguard their interests, protect their rights and abide by the country’s laws, said Mr. Abdullah Al-Ajhar, EVP Public Relations.

He said Saudia would be forced to cancel the journey of passengers whose tickets and boarding passes do not conform with their names written in their IDs such as passports. Punitive legal measures would also be taken against such passengers, he warned.

Mr. Al-Ajhar expressed his confidence that passengers would cooperate with Saudia staff in carrying out their duties and provide them with expected services.

“Conformity of tickets with passenger names is an important travel requirement to ensure their safety and security. It is also essential to follow the Kingdom’s regulations,” he said.
