Telefónica Global Solutions targets new growth in Asia with a new office in Singapore

Telefonica Global Solutions, the multinational business services division in Telefonica, has announced the opening of a new office in Singapore aimed at extending its reach across the Asia Pacific region. This important expansion comes in response to the growing demand from multinational customers for the delivery of global digital communication services and the increasing importance of the Asian region as an economic hub for expansion.

This office, located at 1 Raffles Place, Tower 2 in Singapore, is a commercial, business and Operational unit acting as a central hub for the Asia Pacific in conjunction with our operational offices in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai, and it includes sales professionals, consultants, engineers, service architects and service delivery managers. The office will lead our delivery of managed IT, Fixed and Mobile, and Unified Communications services in the region for multinational customers, by combining Telefonica’s global value proposition with our strategic partners’ regional capabilities.

From the Singapore office, Romain Daufouy is in charge of developing and driving Telefonica’s business growth with MNC customers in the region. Mr. Daufouy has successfully lead global ICT projects across the last decade and has extensive experience in managing growth with Telefonica’s strategic multinational customers.

The new office in Singapore is aimed at ensuring enhanced service delivery capabilities for our customers throughout the region. We recognize the increasing business investments made by our customers in the Asia Pacific and this new presence is designed to support our multinational customers succeed in their business opportunities in Singapore and the rest of the region.
