Berkeley Homes and Harvard Communities Introduce South Denver Metro New Home Community, NorthSky at RidgeGate

Informational Event Offers Interest-List Home Buyers Details on Warm, Modern Homes to be Offered in Lone Tree, Colorado’s RidgeGate Community.

LONE TREE, Colorado - Locally owned homebuilders, Berkeley Homes and Harvard Communities recently hosted a priority preview event for close to 80 interested attendees to discuss detailed information about the upcoming new RidgeGate community, NorthSky at RidgeGate. NorthSky is scheduled to open early 2014.

The wine and cheese event, held at the Lone Tree Arts Center, included a presentation about the Colorado new homebuilders’ latest joint venture.

NorthSky at RidgeGate Facts:

  • The community includes 31 premium lots with city and mountain views
  • There are three, two-story and one ranch floor plan, all with open, spacious layouts and a warm, modern look and feel

Those who attended were given an option to be placed on a priority interest list, which gives them first choice of the 31 available lots as they are released. At the end of the preview event, the builders had 22 potential buyers go through the priority-list process. Whatever lots are not reserved by the priority-list members at each release phase will go to the public for pre-sales set to open early December.
