Get ready for a large scale scaring at Yorkshire’s boldest Halloween Event Frightwater Valley

From 31 October – 2 November 2013, Lightwater Valley near Ripon in North Yorkshire will be transformed into its terrifying twin, Frightwater Valley, to celebrate the Halloween weekend.  This year the programme features Project Ultimus - a brand new, terrifying live action horror maze, which is themed around an archaeological dig site, where participants can explore cursed ruins dating back to the Roman Empire.
This year the theme park has worked with 100 community actors from Harrogate Theatre, Leeds Metropolitan University, Pink Ink Entertainment, Jack in the Boxx and T Park to deliver a huge scare factor.  From Raptor Attack LIVE! and The Graveyard and Haunted Trail, to magical shows and theming,  as well as puppet shows and Eagles’ Creep Farm for younger visitors, the park is summoning an awesome amount of unearthly content to make this the ultimate spine-chilling adventure for families over the Halloween weekend. There will also be a rare opportunity to experience a selection of the park’s rides in the dark, including Whirlwind, Twister and Eagle’s Claw!
