Previously, Matt Moran and Peter Sullivan’s team at The Chiswick wowed our Equus members and their guests with an exquisite shared menu. We, as such, are delighted to be returning to The Chiswick for our next Saddler’s Creek Top Shelf Dinner.
Our Top Shelf Dinner is, as the name implies, a unique chance to savour some magnificent food and what we feel, are the very best of our wines at this time, each individually selected from our Museum and Current Release Cellar. These ’Top Shelf’ wines will be accompanied by no less than FOUR courses of superbly prepared food from the award winning Chefs at The Chiswick.
The Chiswick is celebrity chef Matt Moran’s latest restaurant and recently awarded a ‘hat’ in the latest SMH 2013 Good Food Guide.
