Former Microsoft Executive named iBalance™ Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Business Development

iBalance™ attracts top executive with over 25 years experience within Fortune 100 companies

DENVER, August 2, 2006 – iBalance™ welcomes David M. Singer as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Business Development. Singer’s distinguished career within Executive Management spans more than 25 years. Singer provided management expertise and leadership to a number of Fortune 100 companies including Microsoft, AT&T and Honeywell. Throughout his career, he has played an integral part within multiple start up companies which then developed into market leaders in communication and technology.

Singer said, “I am excited about the opportunity and about joining iBalance™. I am looking forward to developing the strategy and leading our Sales, Marketing & Business Development efforts to ensure that we meet and exceed our financial objectives.”

Prior to joining iBalance™, Mr. Singer developed and implemented the Sales and Distribution strategy for Citizens Communications, a public Fortune 1000 company, as Vice President of Sales & Distribution. Singer held numerous positions within Microsoft including having worldwide responsibility for the Public Sector Partner program and leading the Consulting Services Organization (MCS) as Group Practice Manager for the Communication Sector throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Prior to his time at Microsoft, Singer served as President of GlobalLink Consulting LLC and as Senior Director for Qwest Communication and AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. Singer received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.

Singer will have global responsibility for all Sales, Marketing and Business Development efforts at iBalance™.
