A Quick Sale research reveals moving fees are adding over an average £13k to the stresses of property selling

Research from property purchasing company, A Quick Sale, has revealed that costs from estate agents, legal fees and additional mortgage payments while waiting for a buyer, adds an average of £13,633 to what is for many, a very fraught and anxious time.

According to research from A Quick Sale (http://www.a-quick-sale.co.uk/ ), more than one in three (37%) people consider selling a house to be an expensive and time-consuming process and more than one in two (56%) people aged 45-64 have become frustrated when selling in the past.
