TrainACE has opened registration to the public for their free cyber security seminar, their latest installation of a free hacking seminar series, called Hacker’s Breakfast. The event, which was originally only open to government and military employees, is set to take place in Ashburn, VA next week. This seminar will focus on threat protection, covering new mission assurance technologies and web-based security. The event will feature presentations and product demonstrations by top experts from some of the nation’s largest security firms.

TrainACE is teaming up with n2grate Government Technology Solutions, a data center and cloud integration company, to host next week’s event. The seminar is scheduled to have Subject Matter Experts in the security field give presentations as well as kiosk demonstrations for attendees. The keynote speaker of the event will be the CISO of a top professional IT and security company. Topics of discussion cover a multitude of security issues, including the importance of web-based security for mobile devices and social networking. The topic will be explored on a number of platforms so as to address desktop, laptop, and mobile users. A second presentation during the seminar will explore how the United States Department of Defense and other federal agencies secure their network to handle application security.

During the time between presentations, attendees will break out into sessions for kiosk product and training demonstrations. “We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to provide a free public seminar as part of our Hacker’s Breakfast series,” said Ralph P. Sita, Jr., CEO of TrainACE. “The event creates a unique environment to learn about the latest industry developments and meet other professionals.” The seminar will take place on July 24th, at TrainACE’s Ashburn, VA location. Registration, now open to the public, is limited to 70 participants.
