Marvell Breaks Ground for New Regional Headquarters In Singapore

New State of the Art Facility is Key to Marvell’s Strategic Investment in Asia Pacific

Singapore (July 31, 2006) — Marvell (NASDAQ: MRVL), the leader in storage, communications and consumer silicon solutions, today conducted a groundbreaking ceremony at its new Tai Seng Link site at the Paya Lebar Industrial Park. Scheduled to be completed in mid-2008, the seven-story building at Tai Seng Link will have 10,000 square metres of space. This state of the art building will house the Company’s regional headquarters and a host of other facilities, including, IC assembly and test operations, integrated circuit (IC) design teams, sales and technical support.
