L’Atelier Renault, addicted to motorsports

L’Atelier Renault is expressing a passion for motorsports. Come and see an exhibition made for sports addicts:



• an addiction to the track, with a look back at Renault’s sporting record and its ability to “create champions”;
• an addiction to excellence on the road through the transfer of technology from F1 to production vehicles.

Cars and people

A passion for motorsports is written into Renault’s DNA. When Louis Renault founded the brand, he set out to prove the quality of his cars by taking part in the most extreme motor races of the time.

The greatest drivers honed their skills, drove or are still driving for Renault, a real nurturing ground for sporting talent. Our portrait gallery features some of the world’s greatest champions, including Mansel, Prost, Schumacher, Villeneuve, Alonso, and Vettel. The exhibition is also an opportunity to see the 11 Formula 1 world champion vehicles.

Renault is not only involved in motorsports through its drivers and its technologies. It also organizes its own racing events. With the World Series by Renault, the brand is the world’s leading organizing of motorsports events. And since motorsports carry over into our production vehicles, visitors will be able to see the Renault Sport range of sporting models.



L’Atelier will welcome the:

• Formula 1 RB8
• Mégane Trophy V6
• Twizy Renault Sport F1, alternating with the New Clio Cup
• Mégane R.S. Red Bull Racing RB8
• Clio R.S. 200 EDC Yellow.



Continuing your visit, you could have your photo taken in our photo booth or try to win one of the many prizes on offer in the “Sport Addict” game.

You can also explore Captur and the ZE Lounge, which remain on show

The Captur exhibition is continuing throughout the summer. An opportunity to find out all about this functional, agile and ingenious urban crossover. Experience surprising graphic effects and discover Renault Captur, its strengths and new technologies… Take advantage of the demonstrators and configurator to find out all R-Link, the Energy engine, the removable seat covers and Easy life drawer, etc.

The ZE Lounge is an opportunity to discover or re-discover the world’s first range of electric vehicles: ZOE, Twizy and, from the end of July, Twizy Cargo.
