Newegg Announces Strategic Partnership with 4PX in China

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. - Newegg, Inc. (www.newegg.com), the leading electronics-focused e-retailer in the United States, and 4PX Group (www.4px.com), the leading e-commerce solutions provider in China, today announced that they established a global strategic partnership to help enable Greater China merchants to sell their products on Newegg Marketplace. This partnership will bring China’s latest and greatest products to the U.S. market through Newegg Marketplace’s “First From Asia” program.

China cross-border trade to the United States in the past has been largely driven by traditional B2B trade. However, recently, B2C e-commerce between the two countries has been growing, with estimates on total trade value topping USD 10 billion per year.

Under this partnership, 4PX will open its 30,000+ merchant network to Newegg. 4PX will also provide logistics and software solutions to these merchants to ensure a smooth transition onto Newegg and to better position the merchants to succeed on the marketplace.

Newegg’s “First From Asia” program is part of Newegg Marketplace, which gives participating merchants the ability to sell their products to Newegg’s 22 million registered users. “First From Asia” was first introduced in 2011 to help Asian merchants bring their unique and exciting products to U.S. consumers.
