Jacqueline joined Sams & Associates in 2013.  She brings nearly 20 years of adjusting experience. While working for State Farm and Sequoia Insurance as a Senior Commercial Claims Representative she gained a vast knowledge in claims handling.  During this time, Jacqueline had the opportunity to investigate liability claims, take statements, conduct scene investigations and handle multi-million dollar property losses.  Jacqueline pursued her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Cultural Pluralism from San Jose State University.
