Allstate Insurance Mobile Claims Centers arrive in Colorado Springs to make filing claims easier

ENGELWOOD, Colo.

Allstate Insurance Company has set up two Mobile Claims Centers to help policyholders in Colorado following the outbreak of wildfires.

These self-contained motor coaches are equipped with generators, satellite technology and high-speed internet connectivity so Allstate’s National Catastrophe Team can set up temporary claim locations and provide policyholders claim support in areas hardest hit by the severe weather.

By visiting an Allstate Insurance Mobile Claims Center, Allstate customers will be able to start the claims process and ask questions about their claim.

Hours of operation for the Mobile Claims Centers are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
