Missguided takes to the Balearic island of Ibiza for its latest show stopping campaign.

The latest high season campaign from Missguided highlights the reasons why the brand continues to strengthen its position within the fashion market. Shooting on the Mediterranean island of Ibiza, the campaign showcases the latest collection exclusive to Missguided.

The campaign exhibits the fashion forward and innovative range created by the brand for its most recent collection. The stylish numbers that feature include distressed denim shorts, sporty style tops with added shimmer for femininity, fluorescent dresses, luscious lace and matching tribal separates.

For the pool, swimsuits to make people salivate with their retro pick ‘n mix guilty pleasures amongst other graphics serve as a focal point. Ambiguously nicknamed by the Missguided design team, ‘The body-swim’, these versatile pieces can be worn from pool to party.

Three different sets were employed to embody the campaign’s edge. For the first, Missguided got their hands on a red Mustang, one that had previously been the back drop for a shoot with Kate Moss, and parked the iconic car on EsVedra where Missguided’s three girls got to work. The white lace pieces contrasted the deep red of the mustang, whilst flower bombs made the fashion forward shots all the more aesthetically pleasing.

The next spot was the island’s waterpark where bikinis from Missguided Australia were the centre of everyone’s attention despite the array of colourful slides. While one model took a slide down one of the kamakazi tubes, the other maintained her cool while running through the shallows. That said, not much detracted from the eye-catching clothing.

The Missguided team then ventured toa luxurious villa nestled in the island’s hills. The bold colours, tribal prints, and attitudinal models gave a stark contrast to the simple, clean back drop that the villa provided. Disco balls and the turquoise water of the infinity pool reflected the sun’s beams by day, and the panoramic views gave air to the island’s sunsets by night; perfect considering the models spent time taking the plunge to the underwater camera and shooting in the twilight.
This was Project Ibiza.
