From the time they arrive at the airport to their welcome on board, from the assistance they receive with check-in and baggage formalities, La Première customers enjoy special attention at all times.

The inflight meal service occupies a special place, with excellence as the watchword. In June 2013, La Première is welcoming the summer and is unveiling its new summer menu with a host of fresh flavours.

Seasonal salads with ingredients that passengers can choose themselves

Air France’s La Première customers travelling from Paris this summer will be able to make up their own salad on board by choosing from a selection of quality seasonal ingredients and vinaigrettes. Poached eggs, artichoke hearts or dried Grisons beef, passengers can choose from a generous and tempting range, which meets the needs of today’s travellers.

High quality rosé wine

For two months, as from June 2013, rosé wine will be offered in Air France’s La Première cabin. This rosé wine, chosen in collaboration with Olivier Poussier, is a Côtes de Provence, Domaine Saint-André Figuière 2012. An exceedingly fine wine, it has a delicate pale colour and a refreshing hint of menthol and citrus.

Star dishes signed by Joël Robuchon

President of the Servair Culinary Studio, Joel Robuchon is the most Michelin-starred chef in the world. For La Première, he has created new dishes which can be enjoyed in June and July 2013, including fillet of roasted guinea fowl with chicken jus, peas, baby carrots and asparagus with honey or fillet of cod with eggplant caviar and sauce vierge.
